You get raises but not much at all… Don’t really allow you to move around to different departments for growth. Bonus are abt the same each year. Cannot take off on Friday, Saturday not Sunday! Even if you put in a request and have PTO!

If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period.
