Very siloed organization, many times areas that depend on each other are not sharing information creating issues.
Management has lost touch with what is really going on within their own building, that much is evident in many of the replies here from HR. Additionally the amount of middle management added over the past 5 years is alarming.
C level associates are not adapting to the reality of a post Covid world and it appears no one below is willing to even suggest a change
When there is opportunity for advancement it moves very slowly. Very difficult to break into roles above supervisor if you are a free thinker.
