If you want arrogant sales leadership and a phoney corrupt HR team that doesn’t protect employees and submits fake positive reviews when they know how damaging the real negative reviews are then this is your place!

Minpunten

HR must know the reviews on specific leadership folk are real and has gone into blatant damage control mode by submitting fake positive reviews themselves whilst replying to other comments to make themselves look good. It is obvious to everyone who looks which makes it even more shameful and dishonorable.

That sense of inclusion extended to how many teams supported one another and how they showed up for customers with a strong focus on doing the right thing and being genuinly helpful. The challenge moving forward is ensuring that as the organization grows and changes, that the culture remains intact and does not become diluted,

There are always challenges that come with change. As Service Express transitions through a merge, there is uncertainty, particularly around maintaining the close knit culture that defined the organization. Growth and evolution are necessary, but they can shift the employee evperience during transition periods.
