Some of the colleagues I worked with were fantastic, very smart and very caring both for their job and the people around them.

Minpunten

Where do I begin...they purchased BlueChip without understanding the core business (???) and are currently clearing house. They don't care for the business so the UK division is in a nosedive. They don't care if it dies - i'd be terrified if I was a customer and I knew even 5% of what was happening within Service Express. The UK management have been good in my experience, they're just beholden to those in the US. The US leadership is possibly the worst leadership i've ever seen. Complete lack of budget (and assigned horribly), no direction, restructures whenever the wind changes direction, firing very experienced staff, lies from the CPO, constant crap about reaching the 500m mark which is not exactly an encouraging message for 99.9% of the business. If Service Express goes out of business, I won't be very surprised.

Pluspunten

Service Express build a culture where people felt connected, even in a remote environment. That sense of inclusion extended to how many teams supported one another and how they showed up for customers with a strong focus on doing the right thing and being genuinly helpful. The challenge moving forward is ensuring that as the organization grows and changes, that the culture remains intact and does not become diluted,

Minpunten

There are always challenges that come with change. As Service Express transitions through a merge, there is uncertainty, particularly around maintaining the close knit culture that defined the organization. Growth and evolution are necessary, but they can shift the employee evperience during transition periods.
