Work from home and mostly friendly fellow employees. Good for a temp employment.

Minpunten

Management issue's, constant negative remarks unless some compliments given about you from caller's . Poor benefits. Poor coaching/training. Lack of appreciation for the CSR's effort to handle difficult clients / vendors with no assistance from so called "Coaches and Leads". Constant nagging. MAJORITY OF EMPLOYEE'S ARE RELATED TO EACH OTHER AND TAKE SIDES.

Pluspunten

Remote friendly and plenty of work and problems to solve/work on. All of the teams were friendly to work with.

Minpunten

Fortive coming in really mixed things up. Product became more focused on “building the right thing”. A few layoffs occurred after they took over.
