The company is fast-pacing environment. With this comes changes and not everyone is comfortable with quick and frequent changes. However, these changes bring in opportunities to grow your career which is great if you have an ambitious career plan.

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!
Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
