False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
