Rapid growth and mergers have led to benefits being changed 3 times since I started. There are a lot of technical issues with IT and HR as a result of mergers and new acquisitions from all over the country. Dispite a desire to work towards an efficient system and model, its development is not really team driven. The massive workload and expected timeline can be very stressful if you are not willing to compromise your high standards of accuracy in estimating and quality in production.
