      Worked alone most of the time.

      Minpunten

      No one trained me. Had to figure it out on my own. Asked for a raise at my year mark and i was denied because "business was too slow".

      Each franchise is independently owned and operated, and decisions related to their daily operations, like employee compensation and benefits, are made at the discretion of the local business owner.       Pluspunten

      There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

      Minpunten

      There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

      Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
