Bill McDermott is genuinely inspirational — he has the rare ability to energize teams while also being deeply clear on where the company is going and why. That clarity shows up everywhere. One of the biggest strengths is how effectively corporate strategy and narrative are pushed down to employees. The company does an exceptional job ensuring people at all levels understand the strategy, can articulate it, and see how their work connects to it — better than any company I’ve worked for. The organization is also able to pivot quickly when priorities shift, which keeps the work dynamic and relevant. There’s a strong sense of momentum, and people genuinely want to be here and contribute.
