They try to make it seem like everything's fun, but it's not. They make a big deal out of every little thing they do for fun, especially on the internet. If you're into TikTok, you might stick around longer, even if you're not really into the tech or management side of things. The main folks running things in Colombo aren't very honest, but people keep quiet about it because they're worried about keeping their jobs.

Great colleagues and a very can do attitude towards everything. Technically very creative and talented.

Lacked a bit of structure and some departments were overworked. Minimal training structure. Quite a few cliques between departments. Lack of actual support, lots of talk but not enough action.
