      ▪️Small start-up feel, but security of a large parent organization. ▪️Great company culture - we work really hard, but also have a lot of fun! ▪️Phenomenal TEAM! We are much more like family than coworkers. ▪️Knowing that the work we do betters the lives of others. ▪️Variety - No two days are ever the same! ▪️Challenging - Ya learn something new every day! ▪️Career Progression within the company ▪️Even though we are a subsidiary of a larger organization, we are able to be quick and nimble at times because we are smaller

      Minpunten

      ▪️Can be stressful at times - tight timeframes, juggling multiple projects, wearing many hats, traveling often, constant start-up mode. Even though I listed these as cons, that is the atmosphere where I best thrive!

      Pluspunten

      Great people doing good work for members who needed a lot of help. It just isn't a good time to be in Health Insurance. This company falls under the BlueCross BlueShield of TN umbrella and won't exist after 2025.

      Long-term viability. You won't retire from here unless you get absorbed by BCBST
