Pluspunten
Coworkers were the absolute best part of this job. I ended this job with many of them being really good friends. This was a manufacturing job so, over a 9 year period, I was able to work in multiple departments and positions. In the beginning healthcare was totally on the company and the pay raises every year were fair.
Minpunten
The last few years the raises got less and less until they just didn't offer one. They kept major issues, that affected our lives, quiet until the last minute. Management had some of the worst attitudes ever and half of them didn't know what it took to run their department. They also played favorites. Union representation was extremely poor. No time for family. We worked 7 days a week for 3 years. PLANT CLOSED DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT!
