Lots of varied opportunities for overseas postings - both short and long term and the company looks after expat staff very well

Too much bureaucracy which slows progress down in a company that requires and demands speed. Staff evaluation process is archaic and formulaic which makes identifying and rewarding contributions a challenge - for both staff and line managers.
