Shell has always been a company that treats its employees extremely well and offers excellent pay and benefits. The culture is also great. This appears to be changing and the culture is shifting towards the American oil and gas super majors.

bureaucracy and mediocrity. Shell has processes upon processes that make things very inefficient. it is designed to work on high-risk and high-reward projects, where the benefits of process outweigh the efficiency costs.
