Working at Side was one of the most chaotic and frustrating professional experiences I’ve had. The organization felt completely disorganized, with constant changes to processes and expectations that were rarely communicated properly. It often seemed like no one really knew what the correct procedures were, and teams were left trying to figure things out on their own. One of the most concerning issues was payroll. Salaries were frequently incorrect, and it often required multiple follow-ups to get basic pay issues fixed. Management and internal structure also felt extremely inconsistent. Decisions would change suddenly, sometimes multiple times in a short period, which made it difficult to do the job effectively. There was little stability or clear direction. Perhaps the most disappointing part was the lack of support for agents. It often felt like the people actually doing the work were not a priority, and concerns raised by staff rarely led to meaningful improvements.
