We've also established a culture team that works to develop and promote our core values, including how we communicate employee departures (which has always been to update the org the day someone leaves) We agree there's a lot of buzz about our product, with recognitions for Most Innovative Products from the Strata Data Conference, as well as CNBC Upstart 100 list. Just as we promote our customers to access their data, we are always working hard to do the same for our employees by promoting product usage through training to ensure every domain expert at the company is part of the data conversation.We know that employee happiness is a journey, something we need to work hard everyday.
