Managers will use you until you break. Their so-called “Core Values” are nothing but a cult. They demand you live and breathe them, and when you exceed their expectations, you get no reward—just a higher bar set as your new normal. Management gets away with sexual harassment. Their “solution” isn’t accountability—it’s sticking another woman in the room instead of removing the offender. Your job becomes your entire life. Work your contracted 8 hours and HR will drag you into a “conversation.” HR itself is a complete joke. There’s no real career growth here. Promotions, bonuses, and recognition are reserved only for the inner-circle “Sigma family.” Think pyramid scheme: they take the rewards while you burn yourself out—mentally and physically.
