After thorough internal review, we found no record of an Account Executive employed at SignalPET during the time period referenced. Additionally, several claims do not reflect the structure or reality of our operations:
Account Executives are based in our Dallas office and do not interact with offshore teams, making the comment about "offshoring" irrelevant to the role. High staff turn over also do not align with what is happening on the ground.
Our culture emphasizes open communication and transparency, with regular weekly check-ins, team meetings, and anonymous feedback channels through both management and HR.
Finally, we are proud of our collaborative leadership model and consistent efforts to set realistic goals aligned with team support.
