* The people are kindly and friendly * The flexibility * The salary and general condition * The will to improve and grow * The product we do is really well appreciated by the customers * The management try to be transparent

Minpunten

* The company struggle to have a stable and long term plan for the internal services * Too many people are friend of others and this affect a professional work * They kind of panicked during Covid time. Some people were laid off * Disconnect between high level ideas/plan and concrete implementation * The culture and values are not really lived in all the teams

interesting product, management for the most part is solid, and company culture before 2026 was great.

Shift in company culture as stock hit the toilet, lowball pay if you transfer internally. Most have to leave and come back to get respectable pay.
