The leadership are aggressive, sometimes hostile. Curse in front of employees and pit people against each other. The company cants stop losing and it only gets worse. Brutal hours and a general sense of punishment. Layoffs every 3-4 months. Senior management is a rotating door.

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
