      Pluspunten

      Iteration to strategy and development (both in offerings and in policies) occurs quickly and often. Management is competent. Company outlook is excellent. Good place to work if you want to learn a lot very fast. Compensation is good for the lower-level positions.

      Minpunten

      Compensation for low-mid level management is laughable. Promises of glory and gold are often made and rarely kept. Expect to be constantly overworked and do not expect to be compensated accordingly.

      The company used to be wonderful, great lunches provided, great benefits and incentive for collections, a great management system. They truly cared about their employees

      Minpunten

      There is no longer a mid or late stage. Everyone is on the same page getting paid the exact same incentive and now the benefits are absolutely horrible. They have taken away a chance to push forward and earn more incentive and go further in the company. Late stage department lost 75% of their commission and upper management didn't blink an eye. The management has horrible communication skills and they do NOT think about the front line workers but themselves and the money the company is making.
