Flexible working means a better work-life balance, and being fully remote means we can all work from anywhere. Despite a 100% remote team, everyone is very friendly and helpful, and we all enjoy close working relationships. The work is interesting and varied, and the occasional flight upgrade or trip away puts the cherry on the cake.

No cons except sometimes needing to respond to messages at odd hours due to team being global (though this is rare and to be expected in a news operation)
