About every negative review I have read makes a valid point. Most of all: the workplace is completely toxic. I am talking about demoralizing comments, demeaning outbursts, unrealistic time frames for work that was all but completely unplanned. Pay is about 60% below the national average so there is that. If you are a new or seasoned developer my advice is to run like hell.

Leadership is disorganized and sometimes disengaged, also noncommunicative Technology is missing large chunks of version control and is very disorganized CEO is too far in the weeds
