Beware of Simpragma Solutions. Fraudulent company processes. Did not receive the experience letter and final settlement (1 month salary). Company is very small and unreliable with unethical practices. They say (during interview) that they have their own product to sound like a product-based firm and are focussing on it. However, it mainly has few (2 or 3) subpar clients with highly restrictive bossy work culture and puts all its best resources into them without much flexibility to change. Most of the new employees planning to finish an year and leave asap. Best to stay away and try for some other company (even if they're service-based).
