There was some crunch time but for the most part very little micro-managing and time was well-spent and not overbooked.

Some of the client work would have some lengthy turn-around times due to a lack of direct contact, most of the time your project manager would have to get the information or data you would need to proceed instead of jumping on a call but it was very infrequent this would be an issue.
