Poor management & training, company is a small business ran like a fortune500 yet does not provide annual reviews or compensation properly, causes unnecessary stress on core workers to meet high demands without just pay; poor organization/communication structure - the higher-ups lack of full knowledge of the industry being served causes constant changes in process of work and lack of consistency; overly dependent on technology which causes mass panic when IT issues occur; unnecessary micro-management structure which causes disgruntled employees. The company started off as a warm, welcoming new start and quickly turned as cold as the technology it uses.
