Managers positively encourage your growth and are proactive about fixing root causes in client environments that lead to fewer breaks/fixes. The benefits are solid, and there's room to move up if you're eager to put in the effort. The office environment is laid-back but still focused, which makes it a comfortable place to get things done. Stand-ups help keep the team in sync.

I wouldn't change too much. We could have some better documentation.
