For instance, as a Rental Sales Agent at a downtown you may help your manager with fleet planning, deliveries, and even returns which are most tasks that an RSA at an Airport would not have experience with. We would encourage you to reach out to HR or even your Branch or Regional/Area Manager about promotion opportunities and what you can do to move up quickly. Typically if an employee is going the extra mile, helping with managerial duties on their downtime, taking initiative to problem solve, and prompt while still providing great service, they are a shoe in for a promotion.
