1. No commission made as an MT they say it’s because our base is 15 so it excludes a chance for extra income, however most companies give both! 2. Team moral at the branches SUCK, everyone is moody, one agent compared it to being like prison 3. Meals arnt included 4. Must travel to Fort Lauderdale for training sessions 5. Of at a DT location, you must work in the rain, cold and heat and in heels too!! Smh 6. Branch frequently ran out of water to re hydrate yourself 7. Must be prepared to clean and retrieve cars from branches in different cities 8. No one was happy, everyone wanted to quit 9.Always lacked communication and cars 10. Building is always growing mold, a/c breaks all the time, German internet and equipment and continuously break down! 11. Garage to get cars were closed on Sundays so it made getting cars from the 7th level I’m the garage a huge hassle because no one could open the gate at times. 12. You will be penalized if you don’t hit your upsell numbers. 13. No tuition reimbursement 14. Bathroom was outside........ 15. Employees wanted to do witchcraft at branch by burning sage to remove bad energy...smh

Part of our Management Trainee program is to prepare future managers for any and all possible scenarios which is why we take a hands on approach to this position. We also appreciate your feedback on our compensation package. This is being reviewed at the moment for the better. It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
