10yThank for taking the time to review Sixt. We are glad that you enjoyed the culture and five star customer service that our growing company provides. At Sixt we definitely encourage a work life balance for all employees. Depending on the position that you are in, the role may become more demanding. For instance, a Branch Manager will have to work longer hours as opposed to a Rental Sales Agent. However, Sixt does reward hard work and effort through commission, promotions, and feedback from our executives, Regional/Area Branch Managers, and Regional Sales Performance Managers. We try our best to discuss challenges and recognize great work on a weekly and daily basis through conference calls, Sixt social media, emails, etc.
Additionally, our more entry level Branch Managers go through an extensive one year training program to learn the business from the ground up. All trainees are put through exit assessments to gage their knowledge, and if needed they will receive additional training or become a Junior Branch Manager until we feel they are completely ready for the challenge of managing their own branch.
