In regards to your concerns,weekends are a busy time for us so it is necessary for all employees to be open to working Saturday and Sunday. Usually your schedule will fluctuate on a monthly basis giving you two days off per week if you are full time. Of course, with this fluctuating schedule, employees have more opportunity to work different shifts and have some weekends off. Holidays are also a busy time for the rental car industry so you may find yourself working. However, Sixt offers banked holidays. For instance, if you are scheduled to work on a holiday you may pick another day of your choosing to take off work and receive pay. This is a great benefit to take advantage of, especially for our branch employees!
