great colleagues, good work environment (office), flexible working options, fast decision making

Minpunten

people come and go, if you question decision or recommend other than decided by the top, you are seen as complicated and not focused on delivery, even if your recommendations make sense or you would understand the decisions better, because of asking. Therefore you simply have to accept that you only have to deliver.
