To be clear, your commissions are indeed based on the branch’s CSI score. During training, and when you get to the branch, this is explained to all employees. We encourage five star quality service across the board which is why customer satisfaction plays a big part in commission percentage. A collective team effort will help each individual profit. However, meeting sales goals is very important to earning commission so it is imperative to excel in both customer service and sales.
Finally, the company does not encourage fraudulent sales tactics, quite the opposite, it is a terminable offense. Training prepares you for actual customer encounters and all information that is provided to you is factual. If you have encountered an inconsistency it is important to contact our HR department immediately. We take incidences like this very seriously and will thoroughly investigate.
