The marketing VP was fired the day he came back from his paternity leave, then I was fired when I came back from my wedding holiday, and it was 15 days previously to approve my approbation period, I didn't receive a bad feedback from my former manager before, actually she told me I was the most creative employee of the team, so I really don't know what happened. And then the person who fired me was fired 2 weeks after...
