Terribly depressive culture of being constantly stuck in a state of crisis for no clear reason,
They promised a hybrid working model in the contract then backpedaled on their words a couple of months into the job after I had already lost the other opportunities I had.
They promised the capability to move into managerial positions within 2 to 3 years only to gaslight people away from it a couple of months into the job because it hurts the feelings of my immediate manager whose career "wasn't that fast".
They constantly throw hints of a lack of job security.
They rely on consistent waves of hiring and firing of technical employees allowing middle management to hang on to their jobs despite being incompetent in the field.
Throughout my short stay of a year there, there were 5 changes of plan on a single project which they had no clue how to pull off. There were 3 incidents of being asked to adopt a technology that later on got "decommissioned" after enticing their employees to learn it rigorously.
They can't even use Jira or Github properly, sadly very incompetent toxic company.
