Ultimately, Slide is a place with so much potential, but poor upper management has led to a HIGH turnover rate, gross housing conditions, disgruntled employees, sick animals, poor living/work life balance, and an unfortunate decline in the diversity of students that are actually able to visit Slide Ranch.
