Developers often work under pressure and uncertainty, leading to anxiety. Heavy push to use AI tools with unrealistic expectations for speed and output. Little concern for long-term consequences of rapidly produced "Vibe coding" content. One mistake can lead to immediate termination — little tolerance for failure.
