We aim to create a welcoming environment for all employees and do our best to ensure everyone fits well within our team. We worked closely with you to help make the role a success and to integrate you into the team, but it became clear that the position was not the right fit. We genuinely want everyone to pass their probation and will strive to make every employment situation work.
Regarding your mention of a disability, we were not aware of this and were not approached with any requests for reasonable adjustments. We take such matters very seriously and have a history of accommodating various needs for our staff, including those with disabilities or certain life commitments, as you have rightly mentioned.
We are surprised by your comments regarding our Managing Director. The decision about your employment was not made by the MD, and you did not report directly to the Directors. Our directors are committed to making all staff feel welcome, and gossiping or making snide remarks is not behaviour they engage in or tolerate.
Our management team is always open to communication, and we encourage all employees to reach out to managers or directors for any clarifications or concerns. Our doors are always open, and we pride ourselves on being approachable and supportive.
While it is true that most of our engineers are male, we have a substantial number of female employees who enjoy working here and do not agree with your assessment. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
