      Pluspunten

      Flexible work culture and well stocked snacks at office. Clientele are fun to work with as well.

      Minpunten

      There is no bonus structure, no way to move up, and it's unfortunately a very "cheap" culture. Management also swaps constantly swaps out and there's an inconsistent office policy.

      1. Great products and strong product leadership, building solutions that actually do what they claim to do. 2. Good financials with strong year over year growth. 3. Great culture; cross department collaboration is excellent.

      Minpunten

      1. A lot of work and long hours to support growth goals. 2. Have heavily invested in engineering and product teams, but not invested enough in product marketing to support the very aggressive roadmap.

      Not the best place to grow in your profession as the executive team constantly pressures you into doing more for less

      Executive team is focused on themselves and showing how much money THEY make instead of what the team does
