If you want to work at a daycare center, this place rocks—you get toys, snacks, fun games, naps, you can come and go as you please, everyone is nice and friendly, and lots and lots of participation medals, cheers and your favorite treats!

I’d like to be fair though. This place is a one star for top talent, but five if you love getting lit af. That’s why I gave it a solid two. They used to have top talent, but those who really are talented have left because of the lack of professional growth, office politics, 70% of the company are slackers who the superstars end up covering for, and at the end of the day, what matters to top talent is fulfillment, pride in their work and not free cookies, booze, and a nice view. If you are a top performer, please take this review into serious consideration when you are interviewing. This place is shiny on the outside, but if you are a mission oriented person who is motivated by growth, being able to make an impact, you might not be happy here. If you are dying to run generic ads on a generic site to sling some tea, water bottles, etc., and if you love free snacks and LOVE to be surrounded by politics and office misconduct, this is the perfect place for you.
