Pluspunten

They offer smart trips so you can go too and from work. Meeting new guests from around the world and learning information is educational. I consider it a great beginner job. Pay is also wonderful.

Minpunten

Even though it is a great beginner job, that is all that it is. All in all, depending where you go, you may find an amazing manager or become a yes-man. Once you open your eyes you can see that there is a huge turn over rate. That just means more work for you and plenty of "we are a family" without the group effort.

Great mission. Strong benefits including health insurance and 403b contribution. Many people stick around for 5, 10, 15+ years.

Things are sometimes slow due to bureaucracy.

Working conditions have a standard of museum environment settings, not ideal for those that desire to be outside all day.
