Not a con - but rather how the company approaches problems and what someone might call a con, is that they encourage employees to communicate what they are seeing is not working well and put systems in place to address them and have employees involved in problem-solving. They look at "problems" as opportunities for growth. I find this to be a very unique and positive approach.
