Generally good people, nice office, work/life balance, used to have a good HR team

Good people are leaving, leadership is all over the place, arrogance and ego at the top makes for emotional decision making versus data-driven, very political for a place that claims to be so values-based

Remote Work available, competitive salary, good benifits.

Minpunten

1. Expect to work extremely long hours. No work/life balance. 2. Archaically designed software, written mostly in python (before 2015). Not well engineered. No guard rails, system constantly having issues, management more concerned about new features, than fixing poorly designed, poorly performing system.
