Lives are not on the line! - Leadership's pressure trickles down to teams creating unsafe culture of fear. - No company values beyond making as much money as possible. - Drink the kool-aid culture; if you don't drink it, you won't last. - Terminated while struggling with protected disability that was disclosed to boss; offered no accommodations or support to manage challenges. - Backstabbing culture; boss treated me like a friend then used everything I shared in confidence to weaponize it against me. - Rude colleagues; was continuously ignored when trying to extend an olive branch from marketing to product. Even a warm intro from a product teammate was ignored.
