Pluspunten
Since starting at SoCalGas, I have had the opportunity to develop my career here and explore interests within the company. Despite having the title of "program specialist" I have worked more in project management. My supervisor takes an active interest in my career journey and is open to discuss my next steps within the company and what needs to be done to move forward.
Minpunten
Despite having good experiences with some, there are people in management positions that are "old-school" and see people as beneath them and need to speak when spoken to rather than working together to accomplish a common goal. Also, it is difficult to push new ideas and ways to collaborate, work and think. This I believe are important to address to move in the right direction and grow as a company in 2023.
