-Bonuses are not equally distributed, “C” levels are at 25% of a 300k+ salary and CEO is at 30% of a 400K+ salary and the shared service department get 3K bonus unless you are a manager or director level then it’s 10k+. (So the higher ups are getting bonuses of more than some employees salary for the year) -IT department will not give promotions and only give title changes when every other department are given promotions within title changes along with “made up” titles to justify a promotion. -The company was purchased and we were told “nothing would change” and that we would be a stand alone company, that lasted a few months before the holding company came in started making changes and then the “mass exits” started and then layoffs. -Beware of the manager that acts like he is your best friend to your face.
