      Apart from over burdening you with extra work, the company also excells in taking away the basic necessities from the employee. You will have to carry your own water with you because you never know when the machine stops working. The office will remain waterless for at least 1.5days. The favourite hobby of the management is to get their butts liked. The HR does nothing for the convenience of the employees. The HR is no more than a secretary to the bratty founders of the company. Join sociowash if you want to know about the slave culture, as this is what they promote.

      * Some nice and talented people * Flexible as compared to other workplaces * Good clients * Good for a short-stint, nothing more than that

      * Senior management runs entirely on favoritism * Absent and useless CD who keeps getting promoted every year like a nepo baby. he's also a creep. * Lack of adequate work structure * Founders getting involved in every project and only going forward with their rationale. and mind you, these are people who have never worked at an agency before starting their own, * One of the co-founders is always screaming and humiliating people. If I could I would sign him for a soft-skills and EQ course. * Some people are so comfortable here that they are actually unprofessional.
