Very low salaries Very low increments No bonuses Micro management No extra benefits Unrealistic deadlines Lack of quality of work Late sittings and weekends on Slow PCs no testing devices The increments are based on how long you've worked in the company and not the efforts put in the project. Unmeaningful work. You're working on useless projects (the company is basically scamming the clients) Lack of growth, both technical and professional. Overall it's the worst place to work as an experienced professional. This place will suck out all your skill and mental peace.
