The culture provides people with the ability to voice their opinion in a safe environment where you can be heard and your suggestions are taken into consideration. The company has taken great strides to implement processes that have not existed before and are constantly evolving. Our new ownership has created a space that is focused both on our products and our customers. Our ownership makes thoughtful decisions on our development, our future, and the employees. Culturally, our ownership considers what the employees want, listens to the voice of the employees, and is constantly working towards ways we can continue to grow together as coworkers. I would highly, highly recommend Softrip as a place to work.
